Thank you so much to everyone who has joined me for free workouts over the last two months (and for supporting me along the way).
As many of you know, the Netherlands is now allowing outdoor workouts, with 1.5m distance between people. This means I’m returning to training many of my athletes and rehab clients, AND I’m teaching 4 general strength and fitness classes a week at Stride 6ft8 Sports Performance’s pop-up location at Kralingseplaslaan 149, Rotterdam.
For general strength and fitness classes, I’ll be teaching at this private, fully-equipped outdoor location on Monday nights at 18:30, Tuesday nights at 17:00 and 18:30, and Friday mornings at 9am.
I certainly understand that the pandemic is still happening, and we’re not out of the woods yet. If you are a high-risk individual, or you’re just not comfortable training outdoors with other people, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’m always happy to work in a virtual format (and have years of experience doing so, thanks to my long-term international clients).
Next week, Wednesday the 27th of May, will be the last free Instagram workout in your living room for the foreseeable future! I’m toying with the idea of only offering a live version (no replay), as it’s the last dash.
