Many athletes, amateur or aspiring professionals, find themselves without a dedicated Strength & Conditioning Coach, or without a team around them. Take the guesswork out of strength programming, with these vertically integrated, gym-based programs designed by Siobhan Milner, an elite level strength and conditioning coach who has guided multiple Olympians and directed athletic programs at the highest level, notably as a Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Dutch Olympic Team.

Due to Siobhan’s busy schedule working in high performance sport, she only has a limited amount of slots to work with private clients at one time. These rolling, general physical preparation programs aim to fill that gap.
Currently, Siobhan Milner is offering three full strength training programs aimed at athletes, with programming refreshed every six weeks:

NOTE: These programs assumes complete gym access, with a minimum expected access to both dumbbells and barbells. Alternatives for cable, throwing, and large-space requirement options are provided.
