Hey, I’m Siobhan Milner! I’m a Strength & Conditioning Coach, currently working with the Dutch Olympic team, and with private clients across the globe.

I specialise primarily in two areas: athletic performance, and injury rehabilitation. There can be a lot of crossover in my work and what is helpful to both athletes, and to clients looking to improve their function or reduce pain.
